Citizenship

Rogue Radar Make the checklist for whether we think an applicant is a potential rogue agent short, clear, easy to understand and public. Vetting doesn't have to feel like a secret society initiation. Make "Rogue Radar" part of our public game.
Relax the Border Lower the meta-paranoia threshold a tad and trust each other to be able to use that "Rogue Radar". Permit each Party in Congress to approve one citizen application per month without pre-approval from the Immigration Board.

Communications

Leadership Roundtable One rep from each top five (or six or seven) parties, one from each of our most vibrant militias, one or two from the Executive to form a Leadership Council. A collegial team that vibes with the pulse of our community. In-game message or Discord.
Party Orgs Why let those government accounts gather dust? Unlock access for parties to publish their own Party newspapers and use an org accunt if they want to. Empower the parties. Turn those accounts into a platform for more voices to shine.

Community

Tributes, Recognition and Visibility Get creative with freely handing out medals, badges, tributes and recognition. Let's honor each other's accomplishments and contributions, while also letting the whole community know who is doing the lion's share of the work.
Hall of Fame and Shame Commemorate the most outstanding, influential, interesting, outrageous, notorious, brilliant, and outlandish members of our community, both "at home" and "abroad".

Military and Alliances

Explore Alternatives Expand initiatives like fomenting regular Epics. Look into a new foreign policy that offers to inject more fun into the game, like making a commitment to not wipe out any country for more than x days, or exploring a kind of "United Nations" approach to alliances -- regularly shifting them around just for the hell of it.
